That's it! I'm torching my colored pencils! *on second thought, I better not. My Prismacolor and Verithin pencils aren't exaclty cheap* You seem to do extraordinarily well with whatever medium and style you use. Very versatile. Oh, and very excellent work, by the way. ^_^

Wow! As I was browing the Indy Art category, I was on a page with nothing much that caught my interest. Then I saw this. From the thumb I could tell it wasn't a photograph or photo-manip, so I opened it up and found it was a colour pencil drawing! I'm amazed, you're definitely the best with this medium I've seen on deviantART, I can't wait to have a look at your gallery.
All the shades are spot on and completely realistic, and you've achieved the shine on her lips and eyes so well. It's such a clear scan too that it's a perfect guide as to how to use coloured pencils. You can see every stroke, and where a lot of drawings would look messy this way yours looks perfect. It's finds like this that make browsing deviantART worthwhile.
Wow, that's amazing... Can't believe how good you are at getting the skintones right. There's one thing I noticed though and that's the small part of darker hair that goes over the shoulder, It kinda looks like a shadow (wrinkle) so to me the shoulder looks a bit distorted. Hope I didn't bitch to much now!

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
